Browser storage

Saved characters, recent characters, local copy counts, Line Break drafts, text-generator presets, favorite styles and font preferences remain in this browser. Temporary filters and scroll positions use session storage. The application does not upload these values or sync them between devices.

Stored data remains until you remove it, clear site storage, or your browser removes it. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access it. Browser storage is not secure secret storage.

Text, drawings and images

Text tools, handwriting recognition and image cropping run locally. Recognition models, Unicode data and optional fonts download from this site as needed. The application does not upload your text, drawings or imported images. Copy actions write to your clipboard when requested.

Tracking and hosting

The application contains no advertising or visitor-tracking code and sets no account cookies. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and receives connection and request information, such as your IP address and requested URL. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

External links use the destination’s privacy practices. Email contact@copypastecharacters.com to contact us. Email sends your address and message through email providers; we use messages to respond to questions and reported problems.
